ThanksThanks man, these are the springs
Never thought to check and see if my revo springs were the same size... I spent an hour wandering in the grass looking for one of those after a shock end broke off last summer. Thanks man, these are the springs
Just adjust her throttle epa.Just hope she's not faster than me lol
I put my t-bone rear skid/wheelie bar on my flux, wife got me the kit for Christmas and I finally got around to installing it.
She also got me a t-maxx body for it, but it's a bit long... and thin. Guessing it won't last
Good thinking lolJust adjust her throttle epa.
Jp1Looking to get a tuned pipe today any suggestions? Stock motor 4.6f
That's what I'm running an I love it .the wife's savy has hpi tuned polish seems to work well also
If you use the header that goes with jp1 on a stock x you can only run single shock setup.
He has more than likely ran the fuel line that way to help take care of the half tank lean issue that pleags the savage line of trucks. What's going on with that fuel line? Lol. Let me know if you need a servo arm and what tooth it is I should have a few.

I did a mod in the tank itself to take care of the 1/2 lean issue way back in the day. The extreme length of the fuel line is for when you flip the truck over and you have to run a long way to put it back on it's wheels. Having a long fuel line helps to keep fuel going to the engine so it doesn't stall when it's upside down. Basically, it gives you a minute or more to get to the truck before it stalls, rather than a few seconds. He has more than likely ran the fuel line that way to help take care of the half tank lean issue that pleags the savage line of trucks.
I actually had one, and already fixed it. Thanks! What's going on with that fuel line? Lol. Let me know if you need a servo arm and what tooth it is I should have a few.
I did that so long ago, I'm not sure I can remember. I can tell you that I have a short lenth of fuel line that runs from the inside of the cap to the bottom of the tank. The mods I've done to my trucks were all done well over 10 years ago, so it's hard to remember specifics. It's challenging to recall all of the stuff I used to know, but every mod was very effective!I gotcha. What did you do in the tank to take care of it? I did a new ofna tank but just curious what you did i inside the tank

You can find those on amazon for cheapAnd I have this among my parts. I saw on for sale on the web for $110.00!! I'm glad I stocked up on spare parts back in the day!View attachment 4301
Look for "savage uniflow mod". Basically runs a line from the pressure hole in the cap to the bottom of the tank. In theory, it equalizes the pressure a bit better. For me, it just let fuel run out the pipe when I was on my roof.I gotcha. What did you do in the tank to take care of it? I did a new ofna tank but just curious what you did i inside the tank
Yes, that's it. And with the long line winding from the exhaust to the tank, it won't spill fuel when upside down, runs much longer upside down, and holds a more consistent tune throughout the tank full of fuel.Look for "savage uniflow mod". I gave up on all the "fixes" for the HTL and just went with other more uniform tanks.
Do you use a short clunk on it?I relocated fuel outlet to help fix half tank lean. I seen this mod somewhere on this forum thanks to whoever came up with the idea.
