yeah its a roller, just need packs to run.

gonna change the esc mount location & paint up a sick body before i show any more pics. should be shortly after Christmas (kiddies get toys first)

not the final mounting location for the esc. got prc roll bar on the way & proline downforce wing.

also, br has me seriously considering a 3 shoe clutch set up like his. maybe hpi swaybars idk. thinking about mechanical breaks too.

well, gotta go set the front camber, l8r.

lol, all comes down to the gearing in the tranny.

a flux-single speed is no match for a 3-speed.

i might beat him in a back-flip competition tho. for now. 😉
 
first it really nice, but i would like to ask if you would take pictures of the back so i can see how you set up the wing so nicely, please

ok, thanx for askin B-Woo. this wing mount setup is all about platinum r/c products.

although you can mount this hot bodies wing stay (which i got from prc) directly to the prc low-profile shock tower, i used the prc wing mount & made a couple cuts around the shock stand offs.

i then drilled the bottom hole of the wing stay all the way through the shock tower, "lathed" the head of a longer bolt (using a drill & dremel) & bolted all the way through the stay, the mount & the shock tower.

i will throw a couple more bolts/nuts through the shock mount holes (just caz theyre there) & here are some pics.

now, project on hold till i get more parts from platinum r/c products.

originally dreamed up by bankrupter, Jason is making this motor plate extended by 2-3/8" so that i can ditch the stock esc mount & relocate the esc directly to the plate behind the motor.

He has put cuts into the plate for zip ties, but i will prolly use the b/l revo esc mount.

on payday i'll p.p. the funds to Jason & get this plate & the roll bar under way:
