what is the diff. in the rpm range

well i been looking at different engine to get and i noticed that they all have different rpm's should i get a high rpm like 39,000 or low like 21,000 what is better for my savy x with extended tvps and 1/2 offset wheels...i only bash ...not rock climbing type of driving

the only problem with LRP is apparently its getting really hard to get parts for if you want the exact duplicate pretty much go with the xtm 457 pro truck engine it has the same specs as the lrp and looks the same and goes for around $160.00!! and still can get parts everywere for it.. i have one and man all i can say is its a power house of a engine!! it has a claimed hp of 3.8 which is insane!! wheelies on demand all day long lol or i've heard the surefire 32 is a awsome engine as well!!
