In the picture it still had the Pontiac 350ci .040 over with TRW Pistons and 455ci Edelbrock heads. I'm currently betting ready to build a stroked FI455ci for the Bird.

well i learned something. i didnt know that cat made a 6.6 litre. i thought the smallest engine they made was the C-7 (7.2l) and i have a 7.3l. the 6.0 isnt that bad, after international got the problem with the block exploding.the 6.4 is the junk engine, you have to take off the cab to work on the bottom turbo, so thats a junk design. as for the 6.0, take te junk VG turbo off and put a turbonetics on it, and you have a pretty sweet engine.

hey dreadnaught the 6.6 liter cat is in woodchipers and stuff like that i am trying to find a way to put it in a 3/4 ton pickup the smallest on road engine is the c-7,the6.0 i think is the biggest pos,i have done tons of injectors,egr vavles ,egr coolers, egr vavle,head gaskets,blocks but i also work on mostly new york city fire department truck and stuff like that.Ford says to do headgaskets u have to remove the cab on the6.0,the 6.4 is just a bigger pos,the first step on 90% of repairs it to remove the cab i hate those 2 engines,i wish i could find a low mileage 7.3 they are the best ford ever had i now some one that is pushing about 800 to 900 hp out of there 7.3 it has twin high pressure pump custom injecteors and twin ball bearing turbos its was built form the block up that is the only ford i like needs to have a 7.3 in it

Dude I'm a huge Audi/VW guy. I love them. I'm looking at a 06 A4 but think I'm going to keep my 01.5 Passat GLX 4 Mo for now and wait till I move so I don't put 130 miles minimum on per day on a newer vehicle. Anyhow post some pictures of it.

my driver is a 2000 vw jetta my real cars are 1971 ss chevy elcomino 427 4sd 411 rear all metal also 1953 chevy truck all metal six window like the 48 a had 1987 vette sold all so 2000 vette sold i'am 6''5 not much room same with the jetta but easy on gas compare to my 406 and 427 i'll post pic's of them sooni love old school hot rods whats funny is i ran 11.20 1/4 my buddy with his honda and computer 4 cyl ran 10.80 unreal how fast they can be thanks..

2001 VW Beetle GLS.. yeah yeah, kiss my 40mpg... It's better than driving my rig... 2000 Chevy Silverado 3/4ton. 6.0l V8.. 10-15mpg.

I'll get some pics of them soon. The beetle is the Dragon pearl green... And my silverado is bright white, extended cab with the short bed. 🙂

Not a raelly good pic of the truck, but my 03 F-250 Powerstroke 6.0 4dr shrtbed. 4" turbo back MBRP exhaust, Superchips programmer, Airaid induction and a detroit locker in the rear. 32" meats (not in this pic) Never been to the track, but I'm thinking low 15's maybe high14's.

My old toy. I sold last year.:duh: 383 chevy powered. Built it all myself.

you need to get rid of the super chips and get a dp-tuner. ITP Diesel sells them, its a heck of a lot better than the superchips. my 20horse setting goes better than the 70 horse superchips setting.

Here's my silverado with me, and my wifes beetle. I drive the beetle usually since gas prices are insane!

My 2000 Silverado 2500.. I've done a few small things here and there with the motor. Things like the fuel injectors, ignition system, and some other random things. I also replaced the stock driveshaft with an aftermarket one my mechanic sold me for 90 bucks. He got it cheap at the car auction, so I got it for one heckuva price! It's a good 13lb lighter than the stock and supposedly stronger too! I love my truck, and it's awesome. Shows just under 330hp on the dyno now, and I'm more than happy with it. I don't like how it eats tires though 😛

The Bettello, or the green demon.. It's a 5 speed. I've done some work to the ECU with my mechanic, and it's showing an estimated HP of 131. And on the dyno it is showing right around 120hp. It's not bad for a stock beetle! It's a comfortable ride as well, and it runs around 40mpg.. At $3.50 a gallon for gas, I can't be complaining!

AOD, forget the tires. Diesel here is $4.10 a gallon. I can get a tire for the price of a fill up. Somebody should be in jail for selling a by product of gasoline for more than the original product. After hurricane Katrina we have had a flood of illegal immigrants. Its cheaper to pay about 4 of those guys to push my truck to work then buy fuel. lol
