One tip I can give your guys using this setup is to not get the sullivan starter shaft, just buy a long 7/32 ball tipped L wrench and cut it to whatever length you want, I have used the same wand in my drill over 10 years without a failure..... Harbor Freight Tools, Sears Craftsman, and most others offer them singly and it will serve for years and years.....
