I run, rpm , maximisers glued, there are air tight, should I run holes, water do you guys do?(no doubt more bouncer air tight, but less water in)

Its up to you but, if they were my tires I would put rim holes because then if that little bit of air did escape I wouldn't have a sucked in tire or flat sided tire.

this next comment might cauze some controversy but:

if you're gonna vent your tires, get a hole-punch and vent the tire not the rim.

centrifugal force will throw the water (& dirt, debris) out the hole in a tire, but never out the hole in a rim.

I have put 4 vents in my rubber for years now. I even go as far to tape over rim holes.

I agree with frddyj. I hole-punch my tyres even if the wheel is vented.

+4. When I first started looking at directions with HPI trucks. I found this in the europe site.

Since then I have followed his recommendations when ever I do my tires.

Yep four holes at 12,3,6,9 in the tires. I stager them from one side to the other on the tire. I use a leather hole punch to make them.
