This is the Picco .28 JL Team Turbo Engine from Ofna.

Carburetor is factory adjusted. Only very small adjustments should be
made. Ofna does not state specific number of turns for carb
needles.
 
My question is did they fix their piece of crap pullstart and piece of crap carb. Any pics?

I don't think the JL comes pullstart. Ill just give my money to robin for mods... that is the 8mm fixed carb that is on the newer ofna picco 28

well i like the black look but if its bump only its definatly not for a savy so does me no good and i honestly don't think its a new one is it? the newest picco i seen was the one with the head cut into the shape of a saw blade it lookd sick.. i think eric or jp3 linked it one night but it was bump start to... but i think i seen the one pictured before idk..... nice looking mill none the less.
 
That engine does not come in pull start form, it is bump only. You would need a new crank, backplate and pull start to get it to work. Sorry bud.
 
It would be awesome if the savage could use a bumpstart. Oh well you have to give some things up in the name of greatness.
