It is the battery and receiver box

I used grommets on the wire to seal the box and preventing the wires from moving freely
Figuring the placement of the box. I choose the TVP brace as the securing place for the battery and receiver box. Used the idea from SAVAGE SAM instead of multiple boxes for the receiver and battery.

Made my marks and drilled for the mounting and entry for the servo wires.
Screws M4x20 and a grommet as a spacer, shock absorber, and assisting in the leveling of the box. The box is not constructed to a true 90 Degree which does not allow it to sit squarely to the TVP.
You cannot see the degree but trust me!

Wire routes
I routed the wires as not to get caught with moving and rotating parts. The throttle and brake wires are looped around the steering servo wires preventing it from moving towards the drive cups. Plus the TVP brace and the cushion holding it securly in place.
FRONT
Throttle and brake wire servo routing. The engine mounting bolt and nut is a barrier from the brake system<-- Run away truck. The wire is tensioned enough not go go over it.
Rear to the front
Wire routed in the spaces between the transmission and TVP. It was enough space without the wires being pinched and possible being cut.

J1A1H, The build is fun. I tried to make it different from others but you can only do so much. When you start doing yours take alot of pictures and post the steps. I like seeing what others may say, their ideas, and opinions which keeps me motivated to keep posting. If not, it just get boring. Thanks bud

Finalizing the receiver/battery box
I used two 100mm servo extensions and grommets
1st. I used a grommet on the steering servo wire to seal the hole for a clean look as it goes through the box
2nd. I passed the throttle/brake extension through the box and then attached the grommet
Lastly. I pushed the grommet in so the grooves engage the inside and outside of box.

looking very good joe. i did the cen box as well, but inside the TVP's. You have to cut it and rebuild the box to fit this way. like soul says everyone does it different, i like the side mount idea! savage sam knows best. lol

Yah I have seen numerous in between the TVP's using 150cc, and only Savage Sam with it on the outside.
