well soul you made all the ne sayers put there foot in there mouths again (me included) sweet vids bud. put a 2 pound weight on the front and you should be able to control it know. lol
 
man...those vids just don't do this thing justice!!! you HAVE to see and hear this thing in person. acceleration is siomply ballistic and Robin motor work just makes this thing SCREAM and the best part is she was MAYBE running about 215 degrees or so! i will say this is probably the sickest truck to date.....even faster than the last savage. if you look good.......on video 2.....there was a white Escort that i walked down between driveways! i'd hate to ATTEMPT to drive this thing without the SPI wheels on it.........they made it actually VERY stable. ryu....a true friend......anything i can do to help kidd let me know. Robin..... i THOUGHT the savage was bad...but this damn thing can put the front wheels up at ANY SPEED........no matter how fast she's going just nail it and wheels up. tower hobbies.........actually built a truck that can stand a 4+ HP motor......and i am not gonna lie.... i beat the hell out of this truck yesterday trying to see if she would take it! very very solid truck.....i am well pleased! just when you thought you were eating good and a truck like this comes and eats all your food........leaves a terd in your bathroom........didn't flush the toilet......and don't spray air freshener!!! what does all that mean???? i just beat your booty so bad that it just lingers ...........damn.....i'm too good at this game.................. who will take my spot when i leave....................anyone????
 
Unique build. Very clean Better than anything I've done by far. Think I'm gonna go out to the work shop and shoot my trucks, they suck. Those wheels are very Austintatious, J/k I want those wheels on my truck. Curious here - why was Robin the only one that knew about this? What did he do different....

give the Tower hobbies truck to your littel guy

LOL Matt, that truck looks crazy, kinda like sticking a modded .28 in a buggy, way overkill but cool none the less ;) I only knew about this project because it came up during a conversation about his engine, I wasn't sure if the terror could handle it but you won't know until you try, with Matt's ability's I figured it was just a matter of time. The engine is the same as it was in the savage, no changes have been made although in a lightweight truck like that there is a lot more that "could" be done, whether the truck can handle more is a different story. Another great build buddy, I look forward to more vids :)
 
there you have it.......guys i'm telling you.....not to boost him up .......but there is no other engine man like Purenitro. always answers my phone calls.....gives straight up advise.......also prevenative ideas.........hey dude.....what can you do to an '07 Chevy with a 4.8????? LMAO!!!


but hop...there are some things i did do to save the truck......no money spent.......just prevenative items that the tower need help on to perform better and constant.

a full write up will come tonight hopefully.....i am a part time bounty hunter and gotta find this chic that skipped bail....so.......i f i get back in time enuff i will do it tonight.

i sold the savage to get a 67 gmc......but ......the next savage i am gonna build will be electric. the next nitro truck will be another Mad Force or Nitro King with one of Purenitro's Juggernauts powering it............
 
Nice work Matt, while I do like your old savage, I got to give you props for going way in the hell outside of the box on this one.

I just seen this project now and YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING!! I see some places to lose some more weight even you should get a set of Carbon Fiber TVP's made for this beast this is just sick. Also does this have a center diff?
 
no.....its just a 44 tooth spur gear directly connected to the front & rear diffs..........you got drive this thing.......might sell it for the right price.......and it's cheaper than you might think!!!!! LMAO!!
 
yea.....hate to say it but after a few no cost mods......Tower Hobbies hit this Terror DEAD ON!!!!!!!! almost BULLETPROof....hell........ALMOST GRENADE PROOF!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7HLFQzP0hVo ...... i was trying to figure out difference ways to race with this thing......so this time i just rolled on the throttle easy......but it didn't help.....she still wheelies when you get into it from half throttle! and guys keep in mind......SHE IS STILL RUNNING FAT!!!! i think the highest it got in this one was maybe 220 by feel...... i could keep my hand on the head...so it wasn't that hot. the engine wasn't even turning up high at all...when she's TUNED....she screams!!!!
