cleaning
Brake cleaner works really good and it's cheap. Carb cleaner can damage plastic parts and leaves a residue. I use brake cleaner on my Savage 21. It removes the grit and grim left over from the nitro. Oh and I have not had any problems with it hurting the servos...... Rick- RickSavage

TRAXXAS vs SAVAGE
It's pretty amazing how we treat out Savages. Think about it. If you had say, a Power saw or Table saw or a $ 500 piece of furniture would you throw it against the wall or roll it down stairs ? Or jump it over a house? In the case of furniture if your kid put a drink on it with out a coaster...- RickSavage

Do you happen to a locker or spool in the rear diff ? That or locked up bevel gears is the only thing i can think of that would make the rear wheels over power the front wheels..... Rick- RickSavage

Well a wheelie bar may be a more simpler solution, that will keep the front down so he can steer.....rick- RickSavage
