    yeah, xena, the border collie passed away almost a year ago this week. zoro (the chihuahua) is quite the fellow. very friendly to everybody, everything, doesn't bark incessintly. just a really good friend. always trying to make you happy.

    they'll look at that and say 'nope' to any replacement. chances are you had a rock try to readjust your mesh.

    oil hole goes up against the crank, towards the front of the engine.

    ditch the 4.6, once you go with an aftermarket engine you won't go back. that engine will only take up space.

    if it's toast and still under warranty i wouldnt touch it. contact hitech and see what they will do for you. opening it will void the warranty. make sure you didn't pinch any wires. thats the main couse of problems like this.

    stock motor, what pipe

    the jp3 will work pretty good with that engine. i ended up using the stock header with the flare cut off and forced the coupler over the end of the pipe. the nipple ends up sitting in that little space on the tranny and you have to rout the presure line around the tvp so it won't get cut. works...

    the j.r. is a little more smooth than the hitech, but the hitech has a much stronger geartrain than the j.r.. and the hitech also seemed to be stronger feeling on my truck. the #'s don't tell you how durable the servo is. the hitech is better.
