    Carbon vs Alum Chassis

you can mod the original engine mount easily with a dremel and if your racing every little helps could be said. with lcg you usually cant mount the role bar on the chassis ( i couldnt anyway) but i was racing so for weight saving i would have taken it off anyway

    Look Ma...no Pressure Line

thats what venturi's are used for in engines aswell, to decrease top speed but increase run times, and add another option to tuning. really depends on the track and the amount of laps/run time

    Onbaord laps and jumps

yeah, it was running an rb323tm. was a very very nice truck, unfortunately the monster truck scene died at our club and i had to sell it on...

    Look Ma...no Pressure Line

would be interesting to get some footage up of it working. How much re-tuning will this set up require, as i know when my pressure line has fell off/ripped off my tank in the past my motor stalls, and will not start until reconnected. also poses the question as to why do they put the...

    Look Ma...no Pressure Line

any pics of Drake using this mod? and on what type of truck? also, how will this be affected by the carb pickup/fuel level on the savage (think back to the half tank lean thread)

    Vantage Racing hop up

the price is high, but they are without a doubt the best made part you will probably buy, touch, feel, dribble over for a savage. in the UK at the time i got them they were £40($80) per arm ($320 for the full set!!!, ouch)

    Vantage Racing hop up

New to nitro! 4.6 RTR wont idle during break in

if your bumping up to 7.2v, most receivers will handle it fine, but you will need to be careful with your servos. most servos take up to 6v, the only ones ive seen which take 7.2v is the towerpro's (cheapos from hong kong). just something to watch out for as you may need something in place to...

    Servo Brand and Size?

i would say spend money on good servo's. will save you money in the long run. the amount of people at our track who constantle replace cheap servos (this seems to include hitec 645mg's) is unbelievable.

    Servo Brand and Size?

Ace DS1015, probably the best, most reliable servo on the market today I also like the hitec 5955TG servo, but alot of people have problems with hitec servos hence why i would put the ace above it

THE DYNAMITE MACH 28 "not a run of the mill" Mill.

continue to use the fuel youve been running from the very first time you fired it up. you seem to be taking the break in very patiently and carefully so why change the fuel after break in. best advice is always break in with the fuel you intend to use throughout the engines life IMO
