Yer truck 6 has had quite a few upgrades, she is basically a shelf queen. It was the 2nd truck I built. Alot of orange ally and weighs a ton. But even with the weight of it, it will still pop wheelies rather well. Running a K series 4.6 high output motor taken from an HPI Pulse mated to a 3 speed with reverse & mixer pro unit. 17/47T clutch/spur gear, 29/9T bulletproof diffs with 11mm super duty drive shafts and XL wide axles with 3mm wheel pins. Crazyracer heavy duty rear hub carriers & full metal steering assembly.

Yer keep thinking about ally shocks but with 9 trucks there always seems to be something else they need 1st just to leep them all running. Just purchased another set of Havok rims, now just waiting for a set of Terrhex tyres top arrive. Then I can get rid of one of the sets of larger wheels on trucks 1 & 2. They look good but do hold the trucks back when it comes to performance.

Most new standard parts I get from Wheelspin Models, The ally I get from China via Amazon or Aliexpress and of cause good old eBay for alot of new & secondhand bits. I try to use the same sellers on eBay as lot sell crap worn out parts.

Hi Guinness Dublin,

Yes they are exactly the ones I bought as well haven't used it with them yet but looks much better than the shocks the truck comes with. I was just giving the link to Gazzman because the others ran out of stock.

To Gazzman,

I successfully fitted my servo horn onto my new power hd servo and its working great so much more responsive. :)Car1.jpg

Thats pretty much the same ones I have, though mine came from a UK seller but out of stock now.
Having 5mm shock shaft & adjustable I’am very pleased with them! 👍🏻

Yes thought they were the same one that you bought Guinness Dublin, One day will get around to purchasing a set, but always seems to be sommit else I need for my truck that is needed more urgent. Quite a lot of sellers on Ali-express have them for sale so should manage to get a set or 9.

Nice Servo I have one of those brand servos in 25kg in my Cen F450 tow pig I plan on pulling a trailer with...

on the subject of shocks I put these on my Savage, they come as bodies and all the adjusters minus all the guts, so I bought all the pistons and parts using the big bore internals, for the price they are a nice addition to my beater Savage I built from a basket case
