3/16 and 5/16 steel heat to bend mig weld and clean up welds fiberglass and rhinoliner for skins made jigs for bends a little time consuming though

It'sabout a pound all said and done with the skins very durable though its made from 3/16 and 5 /16 rod hope that helps this iss my rig similar look

I feel the same myself. Better than 50 dollar bodies snapped in half lol made it low to the chassis tied front and rear shock towers together
