Would Porting a K4.6 H.O Be the same as the K4.6 Standard

I have the K4.6 H.O and am thing about trying this but would like some guidance on the task at hand. I am very good with my hands and could duplicate a job if I had some detailed pictures. Any help?:yellowhack:

Hey Dave long time no see. Try just the case mod on that mill. As far as its numbers K vers K
HPI K4.6HO 1.28 @ 19,500 rpm 64.76 oz-in @ 19,500 rpm 32,000 rpm
HPI K4.6.... 1.32 @ 22,250 rpm 59.52 oz-in @ 19,750 rpm 35,000
If you can see .09 HP IDK... it has more tourque stock already.
