Why Visionary should get a savage

New Member 'Visionary' was in the shout box trying to figure out if he should buy a savage or not. Let's see if we can all give him a few reasons...
.
Reason 1- Parts availability. If something on your savage breaks (& it will) it is easy to get replacement or upgrade parts at a local hobby shop or anywhere on the internet. A lot of vendors here on hpisf make custom parts, do custom mods, etc.

a year ago i knew nothing about r/c's except that they were 'expensive' and a 'waste of money.' After seeing the light, my savage x rtr went from this

Reason 2....they are fun

Really Visionary you need one...to become part of the cool crowd! LOL!!

It is like a brotherhood...when your in your in...and we all help when you brake wether it be a free part you need when times are bad or that 4 hour phone conversation walking you threw a mod.

#5 savages rarely break and when they do they are very inexpensive to fix . not to mention the hours of fun you will have with your new savage

well I'm not sure of his age but I'm 39 and if you ever were looking for something to make you feel like a kid again buying a savage is it... i had the ear to ear grin the first time i ran my savage x.. and theres so many hop up parts its easy to "personalize" your savage any way you want!! my last important reason is replacement parts are cheap actually and in most cases easy to find!!

P.S... BIGGEST PRO OF BUYING A SAVAGE YOU GET TO HANG OUT WITH ALL OF US HERE AT THE FORUM LMAO

last night this new member 'Visionary' shows up in the shout box asking about buying r/c's , savages, xl's, & all that. So, being that he hasn't owned an rc yet, he is asking the usual questions "how much, what to buy, where to buy..." and all that. He also asked about a T-Maxx, but i wasn't really listening when he asked that (lol, j/k)

Turns out he is about 20 minutes down the road from our Northeast bash crew & this thread is giving him some reasons why he should buy a savage...
