what polish?

what polish do you guys use to polish the crank and sleeve? also would it make a difference to polish the inside of the case? how do you clean it after polishing as well? i have the motor apart so mine aswell try and and see if it does anything.

If all you are doing is polishing it you will not get gains at all. It all has to do with a big difference in flow and timing changes when done correctly.

To answer the question anyway I use the Felt bits on my Dremal and some of the dremmal polish thats in a tube. One you are done polishing it you can wipe it off and spray her down with carb cleaner or nitro cleaner or whatever, Make sure it's dry and oiled when you place it back into the block or it could rust.
