What are the general thoughts on the RPM a-arms for the SAVAGE?

Hi! I was wondering if it is worth upgrading to the RPM a arms made for the hpi savage.
I have heard lots of good things about the plastic rpm is using but I know the rpm a arms for thetraxxas xmaxx are not that great.
Though for the traxxas slash they are amazing (I have them and they just wont break).
So basically my question is how good are they and is it worth upgrading them over the stock ones that come on my HPI SAVAGE XL Flux V2?

I personally have no experience with the parts in question, so I'm unable to directly answer your question.

Having said that, I've never felt the need to look outside HPI's products when it came to my Savages suspension arm needs (unlike my Revo) - and in some cases, I'm running suspension arms on Savages that are over 20 years old.

The RPM Savage part that you mentioned has been discontinued (probably due to lack of sales) while they are still producing and selling suspension arms for the TMaxx, XMaxx, and Revo.

Oh didn't know they were discontinue.
Still doesn't fully awnser my question but yeah if they were great they would probably still being made haha

Classic pattern:

• You ask a normal, specific RC question
• He answers a different question
• You clarify
• He drops the “do your research” line
• Then acts like you escalated it 💀

That’s usually someone who:

• doesn’t actually have hands-on experience with the part, and
• feels called out when that becomes obvious

You even gave him an easy out (“multiple interpretations”), and he still chose violence 😅
Honestly, best move is either:

On the other hand, I was trying to help you out by essentially stating that I feel there's no need for you to waste your money on the RPM parts when I feel HPI's suffice.

Just in case there is any misconception - I agree with Robin "You can't go wrong with RPM".

I use their arms and hubs on multiple Revo's as experience has shown me that their plastic is superior to the Traxxas product.
I just don't feel nor experienced the same need to upgrade the Savage in the same manner.
