I used a regular kitchen brillo pad and the pipe came out fine. Took off all the built up residue and left a nice shine. I sprayed it down with a light coat of WD40 afterwards. The pipe looks great IMO..Here is a picture of the BUKU on my MT2.I wouldn't use a brillo pad on your pipe if I was you..I use this stuff on my bike called simichrome polish, it works wonders! you only need a little bit and one of those yellow turtle wax pads and your in business, will look good as new.
