wanna make my pipe shine!

So I just got my new to me, used Buku in the mail today, and I wanna make it look like new, nice and shiny! How would I go about doing that? Thanks!

I used a regular brillo pad on mine and it shined up very nice. If you want to "polish" it beyond that then bankrupter is the one to ask. His looked like a mirror finish

I wouldn't use a brillo pad on your pipe if I was you..I use this stuff on my bike called simichrome polish, it works wonders! you only need a little bit and one of those yellow turtle wax pads and your in business, will look good as new.

I believe you just need metal polish and a polishing pad (Dremel?). I am also curious to try on my 086.

I used a regular kitchen brillo pad and the pipe came out fine. Took off all the built up residue and left a nice shine. I sprayed it down with a light coat of WD40 afterwards. The pipe looks great IMO..Here is a picture of the BUKU on my MT2.

No, yours is on my Savage but they look identical. It shined up really nice.
