Its probably an Axial and the MRN likes to move on those all by itself. Thread lock the threads and make the needle flush with the housing. Than add some high temp copper gasket maker to the outside of the MRN. Pack the gasket maker around the needle edges and than top it off with a big dab to cover the top of the housing. Let it dry and it should be fine. Its probably sucking air, thats why you cant get it to tun right now.
