Unhapy with FLM and Addicted2rc.com

Well you would think after spending $150 in a economy like ours you would want to resolve any issues you could to keep your sale. I have sent 3 emails and put in a phone call to Gary at addicted2rc.com about this center drive bone, and sent 3 emails to FLM. Seems nobody likes to return calls or emails. I might have to just eat this one and buy the center drive bone. Do you guys think I should dispute the sale partially through paypal? maybe for $20 to cover the cost plus shipping of the new bone? I also don't recommend buying parts from addicted2rc.com. the only reason I did was because they were listed as an authorized dealer through FLMs website and were the closest store to me for shipping time. Should have just went to SMF to start with. :stickspank:

Sorry to hear you are having problems f1. My interaction with FLM has been very good in the past, did everything in just a few emails and new parts were sent. Hope this gets resolved to your satisfaction.

I usually do if I don't use the bay but I went to flm site for part numbers and saw their authorized resellers. i think they were in ny and I'm in pa so I got the parts rather quickly

before i bought my flm extended arms i directly contacted them as to which vendor they would recommend for me to buy there products...they suggested rc-monster, and they delivered quickly. always contact the manufacturer before giving your money away.

I did consult them. I went to their site and looked up which authorized dealer was closest to me.
