Ok, so I have read through all the guides here and I think I have the just of it but have a couple questions. Do I first, set the hsp, then the lsn, then the idle and leave the middle alone. This will be set from factory position. For the idle needle, do I set that flush to factory or is it the 1 mm gap. Thanks Terry

Yes do not touch the MSN as they are finicky little suckers.

Set the Idle at 1mm gap and start from there. Move all needles to factory settings or a little richer for break-in.

Ok, now I have a problem that just arrised. I put all the needles back to stock settings and when I start it and give it gas it just dies. Its also shooting alot of fuel out from the pipe and from the air filter. Its just wasting fuel quick and I have no idea what it could be. One more thing, the spring that is on the throttle link and goes back to the mid needle came off. Am I suppose to hook that around the hsp part or somewhere else. Am I having some problems now and I now now why people get out of nitro. I just got this yesterday and can't even run it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Terry

Try to richen you HSN to prevent it from diying. As far as the spring goes I removed mine and replaced it with a small rubberband and wrapped it from the HSN to the ball end of the throttle linkage.

So I leaned the hsn out and it worked. I guess it was to rich and flooding the heck out of it. Also what is a good starting point for the idle and how/what am I looking for as for adjusting it. The wierd thing is when I let off the throttle the truck still moves a little like the throttle is still on but its not. Is that normal for this. And one last thing, I tried to adjust the lsn and it broke. One side of the groove broke off. The screw looks a little rusted. How do I get this out and will it effect anything? It is currently in the flush position. Sorry for all the questions but this is new to me and I'm not giving up. Thanks for the help. Terry
