Throttle

I can get the throttle to move when I pull the trigger. The truck stays in full break. I can still steer but pull the trigger and the throttle lever won't budge! Any Ideas how to fix this would be nice.

Is this a problem with the electronics or mechanics of the throttle linkage assembly.

Remove the horn from the throttle servo and make sure the linkage moves freely. If it does then turn on your truck and make sure the servo moves correctly when giving it throttle. If ya cant figure it out post a vid and it will be much easier for us to help

It works when it's plugged in to the steering port. So does this mean I need a new receiver? I tried to upload a video won't let me

I put a new receiver in it and it works only problem now is in will work for a minute then full break if I shut the truck off it will work again

sounds like there is not enuff voltage for the receiver therefore it goes into failsafe mode... have ya tried a NiMH 5 cell pack yet on the truck ??

No just 4 double A batteries

well get one and try that or maybe try some lithium camera batteries for it.....

Jam is likely right. Low voltage shut off. If you have a volt meter, check what the battery is reading. If you upgrade the battery then you will get more life from the batteries and more power to your servos. Win all around.
