I just fixed my son's mini-t. I put in just a 15 dollar hop up brushed motor from the LHS and a 12 turn speed controller and a 6 cell 1600mah nmhi battery and a new servo.

Pull trigger and it stands straight up in the air. It even will do a wheely if you pull on it hard from about 1/4 throtal. I am super impressed. It may be a bit to much for a two year old but we will see.

I have a feelling that we are going to need a ball diff and oil filled shocks by the end of the day.

I got this for my son in Aug for his second birthday but he ripped out the antena on the radio and esc/receiver than blew the motor and servo so it was cheeper to upgrade than replace.
