Use a hair dryer to warm up the block for a few minutes before you start it like HopIt and windjammr said. Also, if it gets stuck at the top try removing the glow plug and cranking the motor over a few times. You may have hydro-locked the motor from over priming it. Your problem is most likely that you need to warm the block, because the piston and sleeve fit so tight when they are cool that the roto-start doesn't have the power to crank it over. It could also harm your motor. All that this means though is that you got a well manufactured and put together engine!
