Well my rc building days are done for quite some time. With the buying of a house just around the corner it is time to put an end to the spending. I will still be running but buying fuel and glowplugs is all that I will be doing for the next few years anyway. It has been a blast building all these rc's this year but having a home of our own is the main focus now and rc money is just one of many things on the chopping block.

congrats on the new home, now just open a rc repair shop and you can get payed to do builds lol

Yea webwill see it is an exsisting lhs that the couple that run it are ready to retire and selling it off. We will see.

atta boi! Ive been yelling at all your spending for a while now. About time you knocked it off.

Tons of luck with the market and finding your new home!

Hey welcome to the bugeted house owning non hopup stock truck guys. Owning a home is great, unfornatuly we pay the mortgage before the lhs bill. Congrats!! Bash on!

Yep I am excited about being house poor. LOL

Anyway I have a savage nice enough that I don't care. I have a pile of new parts for it and haven't even put them on yet. Most of my attention has been elsewhere since christmas.

hmm., new house or rc stuff...thats a tough one..heres an easy one though
rc stuff...or wife.......rc stuff!
no really, good luck with the house deal
i love owning our home, we don't have a mortgage, but do have 2 kids, so i still have to curb the rc spending every now and again

With the new house comes a real work space so I guess I can always think of it as buying it as a rc thing that way. If I do my rc bill for this year is going to be insain. Lol

+1 here you could stop spending now & it'd take me 10 years to catch up with all the stuff you bought over last year. you got plenty good trucks to keep you happy for a long time to come.

ive seen so many get addicted to the hobby (not a bad thing) and run wild with buying trucks.

if you sell any parts on here i get first crack :jamout:

Lol I bought and sold a lot of stuff the last two months if I wasn't using it I sold it. I still have a lot of old stock stuff but even that has dwindled down with the builds I did for others. You can still have dibs on stuff though but I don't have much left.

thats the sad part,i,ve been here for a few years now and have seen alot of people go nuts on hopups then realize they cant afford it and sell everything off and loose money on it glad to see you got your priorities straight pope owning a home is a huge accomplishment in life so again congrats!!

congrats on the house bud. owning is a wonderful thing, i gave my money away to landlords for too many years too, its nice to have something you own.

I'll be running this year more than ever just have enough stuff to get me through the year with out buying anything more so I am butting a nix on all spending. The hobby isn't the only thing that is going it is all the way down to simple stupid things like the five dollars in snacks I buy for work everyweek that are making me fat anyway but it all adds up in the end.
