team orion wasp .26 help please

i have a team orion .26 wasp and the pullstart gets stuck out i have checked
the oneway thats fine and the pull start is new any ideas

Did you possibly tighten it too much to the back plate?

Should be a good little engine, I had three of them. You may not want to hear this now as it's probably back in the truck but...... You should put a little dab of loctite on the screws, because you can't snug them up tight, they may come loose. Hate to see a day ruined from loose screws. If there are any tuning issues, seal the carb around the aluminum cap (where the HSN threads into) and the composite body, some have been known to leak there.
