that spot is sweet if i had some place like that i would be broke and so would my truck
 
Its been raining here for a week and I have been sick as a dog. So today I decided to tank up on Nyquil and go bashing. The first trip out was short. My engine was a little hot so I richned up the HSN and felt the O ring snap! So went home and fixed it and went back out. Was doing some hill climbing and monster jumps till I landed a little off on a jump.....

All in all a great time bashing. It lasted a couple tanks less than I had planned. But isnt that how bashing usualy ends up? lol lol

CARNAGE REPORT:
* broken A arm
* broken bulkhead
* bent skid plate
* snapped hinge pin
* bent dogbone
* broken hinge pin brace
* bent (inside) Savage X SS TVP

I feel great now, grinning ear to ear. Lets just hope my girlfriend smiles whn she sees the big bag of stuff I come home from the hobby shop with the next time we go.
 
Good Lord man .. That's allot of Damage .. was it cold out ?
must have been to break all that .. I never have broke a bulkhead or hing pin.

I agree, I have bent hinge pins before but never snapped one. It wasnt overly cold out. probably 40 F at the coldest. That was the original pin, arm, pin brace and bulkhead from over a year and 15+ gallons of fuel ago. So they lived a long hard life.:stickspank:
 
Nice pics bud, I thought I was hard on a savage. Broke hingepin, that is definitely props. That had to be some great bashing.

It was a bad day today, I got it all dried out and oiled up.

Its running fine, it was floating when I grabbed it from the water.
 
some days if u didn't have bad luck u wouldn't have luck at all, good to hear it still runs!!😛nclsmilie:

I consider that for the video contest, there is a 99 % chance it wont make it though. that 1% is if a bird grabs it out of mid air and drops it on the other side. lol

Ill have to do a search for HOW TO water proof.
 
Ya I was still calm and laughing a little.

but, when I climb down to get it and I could not reach it and realized the water was deep. I got a little nervous, I used a long stick to get it close enough to grab, it was floating upside down.
Then I coulddnt get out, the cliff is at least 15 feet up. And I'm carrying the savy. lol
