SH Break in

I am going to pick up my SH .28 8port tommorow and I have been debating on which break in method to use. I heat cycled both my F4.6 and my axial.28 and have gotten good life out of both motors. However, I've read another post stating that you should run the truck on the ground only slightly rich on the first tank....ect......ect. I've never used this method but I am curious to see if the results are what they are said to be. Any suggestions on which method works best with this SH engine would be greatly appreciated.

look in the engine break in section and see the sticky on how to heat cycle an engine by Paris Racing. that should tell you all you need to know. it's about 4 pages....but VERY HELPFUL!!!!!

I have it saved on my computer. I used it to break in my first engine. The other thread I was curious about was the one on professional break in also in the break in section. I've never used that method so I'm just not sure.
