Savage XL problem with not spinning wheels. gears,clutch?

Another thing pop up. It was all ok till now. On low throttle the wheels are spinning but on full the engine is reving but wheels are slowing down and stop spinning. Any ideas??

Try to tighten your slipper, the big gear your foot was on top of. There's a nylock nut in the middle.

Could it be that my gear mesh is not set up right?? As I just put the engine mount back with engine??

doubt the gear mesh is the problem, Like Jr said above check the slipper and see that it is tight......

Tighten the slipper and than undo half turn? Thats how it should be done?

there is no set way to have the slipper set up, i have mine fully tightened as i don't want any slip, you have it the way you want it

Just looking in the savage manual and thats what it says but I check that and do it fully

take the spur gear off and see how the slipper pads are looking, always best to check

Yeah that slipper pad is just cooked, look at the ceramic one like above, is more durable and lasts longer with big power applications like the 5.9 has......
