Thanks it wouldn't run on the factory needle settings I think probably because I fiddled with the Middle needle which I read effects the LSN as it acts as the seat for the needle (eg further out the Mid needle the further in the LSN needs to be)

With the Mid needle set flush I had to screw thr LSN in about 1.5 turns from flush to get it running or it would splat fuel out the carb and stall as soon as any throttle was applied
