Savage XL 5.9 Throttle

It looks like the throttle on my Savage XL 5.9 will not open all the way if the return spring is attached to the carb. The batteries are fully charged. If the return spring is removed the throttle opens all the way. It looks like the dual servo arm spring might be the issue, it flexes before the throttle is open all the way.
Anyone have any ideas?

Looking at the first vid I agree the problem seems to be the "dual servo arm spring" it is flexing causing the servo arm to loses some of its throw..I used to use the same servo arm and ended up using a small screw to secure the 2 parts together to stop the flex, I tried to find it to take a photo but I must of chucked it away! The spring is not realy nedded IMO.
