savage x 4.6

i have a savage x 4.6 and when i fill the tank it seems to run rich and the more fuil that i run out of the tank the leaner it runs any one no why?

my X 4.6 rtr had 1/2 lean so bad i almost put it in the trash. but instead, i did a mid tank & it straightened the whole thing out.

gotta be careful cuz it runs so well right through the whole tank that you can run it dry.
