Savage 4.6x conversion

I was given a lightly used savage 4.6x truck, had an ofna .28 but the rod is smoked, was thinking about doing a Kershaw conversion, or just scrapping the project and selling the truck? Thoughts?

Yeah thought about it, the truck is clean, nitro isn't my thing and the thing around where I live, I believe it's either going to sit or I'll just sell it with everything, besides the broke rod it only needs radio gear

well, if u want to convert it to flux, it's definitely possible, it will run u a pretty big bill at the end and will take time, especially if u need to get batteries. there is a guy who is currently ding it here on hpisf, it will be cheaper than buying a savage flux, but it won't be cheap. the cheapest option is to fix the motor, but, if u like electric better,and are willing to spend the money, than I would go for it
