Savage 2-speed tranny stuck in neutral

Hey all, first time posting.

Took my truck out for a run, and it keeps popping into neutral and sticking there. I hit the fuel a few times, or pick it up and drop it then it snaps into gear only to fall back into neutral. Ideas? Do i need to lube this tranny?

time to take your tranny apart, my bet is whatever is wrong with it will be obvious when its apart lol
