runs lean on half tank

hi guys why is it when i get to half empty in tank the engine starts running lean so i richen it up then fuel runs out let it cool then fill it back up and after she is warmed back up she is so rich till half tank

Hey Savage, this has been an issue with savages for a long time. Just search "half tank" and you will pull up all the discussions on this topic. This is the reason you see alot of members doing midtank mods. You can also add some more fuel tubing and put a loop in the line. Read up on the "half tank" search, there is alot there. Hopefully you find the answer you and other members have been looking for.
