roto start question

ayy guys
I'm wondering if its ben happing and iv just relised it, after i have started the savage 4.6X i found that the rotostart unit is turning still
is this a problem or normal?

the hand held unit or the backplate of the motor?

If the back plate of the motor...yes this is normal...

the hand held rotostarter unit should stop spinning after you release the button...if it is still running after you release the button, carefully disassemble the rotostart hand hels unit and inspect/clean the unit. You may have a broken piece ot a gear floating around in the case causeing it to get stuck in the on position.

i have just cleaned the 1 way ball bearing and then i noticed the problem, and nothing seemed to be damaged inside

u just gave the savage a bit of a run
the 1 way slipped a tad 🙁 i better get a new one,

as i was accelerating turning a courner full throtal the just stopped, the truck is tuned properly or can do with another tune and i can see abit of smoke from the engine coming out while the car is running, i changed the seal from the engine to the manifold
