roto start question

I was breaking in my new picco .28 with a ofna universal rotostart backplate on it and I have not ran with a roto start before. I noticed when I got the engine running, the part of the roto start where you put the shaft into was turning when the truck was moving. Just curious if that is supposed to move or not since I would think with the owb it wouldn't move.

It's totally fine IMO
It's just the vibration of the mill moving the gear inside of the RS plate

roto starts do that so its no problem
