quick carb question

So for the second time I have damaged my carb, I guess all the bashing forced the nut from the spur gear to hit my carb. It damged the alum pc where the throttle slide is and I don't have any throttle as it is stuck inside. Does anyone know if a 4.6 carb will fit on the 5.9?

Yes the K4.6 carb will fit the K5.9 mill. What is flexing which is allowing the Spur nut to hit the body. It shouldn't flex this far. Do you have some pictures of your truck along with some that are of this general location between Trans and Mill?

thanks Larsenracing, I don't have any pics. My trucks is all apart. I think why is was hitting was the engine plate was all twisted and the alum braces underneath it were bent as well. I noticed my spur gear was sitting near the base of my clutch bell, to far in I was told. Then I looked further and my engine was slanted, so I took it all apart.
