Yet another project on the go....man....i got too much going on now! lmao!
recieved this sweet Sprint2 by HPI today and already adjusted the suspension for Rally spec, installed the Rx and battery. Motor and ESC came with this trade (traded for Slash 2WD) and for now (might be using different wheels for this??) but also have a Suburu Prova body and Tamiya block tires on the way.

only update so far which is nothing really...
managed to tear apart my NTC3 and discover that the oil filled shocks were just a tad longer then the Sprint2's shocks. What ive done is use the AE shock bodies and shafts and swap over from the Sprint2 shocks (top caps, ballends using x4 gold stiff coils. This came in at a 65.84mm shock alowing for not only more travel in the shock but for more options in mounting positions.

Now the suspension arms travel at their maximum upper/lower positions.

scrapped the entire rally concept on this model and decided to make it a touring car again only slamming it. lol

Neg camber/Toe-in/Caster adjusted
Stiff springs/ 30w oil

eventually ill be getting a R35 Skyline bod for this thing and paint it white or silver?

in the meanwhile, this looks pretty slick as is...
