Problem With K4.6 HO

Well yesterday i finally got my hpi black ribbed tuned pipe from stellerrc , i won it from his contest he has on youtube!

Any way i got it all installed and every thing, and as i was priming the engine to start it, i seen gas coming out of them Mid-Range screw :shocked:, the one you don"t touch !

So i looked in the BOOK that came with the engine and it said it was suppose to be flush with the carb, so i made it flush, but the screw was so loose !

I finally got it started and the Mid-Range screw started to come out from the vibration of the idle !

PLEASE HELP ! :resp:

take the needle to flush and put rtv or sealant over it so it dose not back out and create issues u have

return it to flush and just put sealant over it. the right thing to do would be replace the o-ring but the easiest way to do it is just seal it shut

did it come out b4 it leaked? or was it in and leaked ?

It leaked when the screw was in, because the screw was very loose!

Naw because the oring is shot replace it b4 you seal it. HPI Part number 15241
