Just remember if you want to run anyway, keep it off the street and sidewalk. It is a "motorized vehicle" That and running during the acceptable hours. as long as your neighborhood dosent have their own noise restrictions.

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.
I live in a little joint that is classified as a Hamlet[less than thirty people]surrounded by farms so between the constant sound of tractors,combines,etc..... no one seems to care much about the bit of noise my nitro rigs make. Some folks even stop by my bashing spot to watch me torture what ever I'm running at the time.

So... since Saturday 28th the cops have came 3 times. Yesterday the cop basically said the lady is a quack and we need as neighbors to come to a medium. I told him well you cant tell me i cant run it.. He agreed we spoke a bit more on how shes nuts and then he left..
Just about 1/2 hr ago.... me, fluxurcouch and Mrs.fluxurcouch were out front ripping on the street... 10 mins into it cops come. he spent a while over there and then came by us to simply state that there obviously sick of hearing our trucks. All the cop said we can't do it drive them in the street. If he "catches us" in the street he will fine us. But he said the sidewalk is fine. No issues there if its before dark no issues. So guess what I'm doing.. (wifes idea) Driving around the block on the sidewalk.. pass her house a few times.. lulz. Since the guy thats "partners" with her is on the association board there looking for somewhere in the rule book where it states its not allowed.. the cop said.

i lived in a condo as you know & its a less-than-desireable set up. might be best to try to de-escalate the issue somehow.
if i were you, id try to stop the hate and send my mrs. over there to sweet talk them caz she's a hottie and they'll prolly listen to anything she has to say.
