Hey whats up everybody? I'm kinda like a girl gone wild "It's my first time!" ive searched some but couldnt find the answer to my problem. my savy still has the f4.1 but has a vented cb and alum shoes, my problem is that the screw dosent tighten up on the brass washerat all so theres a decent amount of slop which ends up destroying the bass washer and taking out the cb bearings. since the bat is dead in my verniers i cant really say how much slop any tips/addvice would be greatly apprec. sorry if I'm rambling i should probably go to bed. thanks in advance!

5 mm shims is what you need to get this right like London said.

Mickey what is this fuel tuning thing never heard of that before. Do you have a picture so I can see what you mean.

I had pics of this tube mod, but cant find them. When I do Ill get you a pic Alex. Robin (Purenitro) has pics on a thread but cant find that too..

Like it was mentioned, only cut enough to fill the gap, and make sure the bell spins free. I used a piece for over three gallons before I lost it in a tear down, good thing is that you "always" have some kicken around.

cant you use the inner ring of a old clutch bearing as well i think i read that. its stronger than the brass washer. i could be thinking of something else though.
