Glad you Found the problem!! ive been watching this thread because i know the clutch will bite me sooner ore later. been through two mills on the same shoes..:10:

Combuster: What I did before was spin the clutch bell by hand and it did not seem to be rubbing or catching. So I didn't think that was the problem. Today that was the last thing I could think was the problem. So I investigated further. I ordered a new clutch bell, 1mm Mugan clutch springs and nova shoes today. Hopefully this will fix the nightmare Ive been having for the last week. I will keep everyone posted. Thanks for all your help everyone.

1 mm isnt always right, i just turn it down until its where i want it. ive NEVER gone by gap size and i NEVER will
