Plastic ends for tuned pipes

I noticed that most of you guys have plastic or rubber tubes on the ends of your pipes but I can't seem to find them anywhere does anyone have a link for them?

yes and several different companies makes them, mines a racer's edge but i know du-bro makes them as well....
