Took the truck out to test out the new clutch motormount and trans I put in yesterday. It is about 15 degrees coolEr than the last time I ran it. Wow so much power I had a hard time controling it. Same tune as the other day just cooler. It was pointing the wheels to the sky and it hasn't done that since I did the ext FLm tvp's and midtank. It has so much low end power it just spins my 40 series big joes when you nail it even on pavement on sand forget it. High end is crazy too I would say nearly 2500 more rpm. I am going to have to get a taller CB to tame this beast but as I just out on a fioroni clutch I need a different CB than the 18 I have here. I want a 3 speed now with high speed 3rd to see how fast I can get this crazy thing. There were a few dirtbikes out there and I was racing them off the line they couldn't touch me high end obviously went to them as my truck tops out long before them. This makes me even more excited to get a drag modded motor from robin. I was like a kid seeing a savage for the first time.

LMAO! I think I would die in 118 degree weather after about 15 minutes. I'm from the north coast of california and I'm like "Dang its hot out here!" and sweatin' when it's like 75 outside LOL!

yesterday you were likely running a little on the rich side, today the added oxygen in the colder air is giving a better balanced more powerful burn...

...careful it dosn't run lean though as thats normally what happens when you keep what was the correct tune from a warmer day, on a colder one.

I think it would be cool to move to AZ but I just don't think I could handle those temps LOL. Especially if I had to work in it.

I did have to richen it an hour yesterday but that's not bad though I was running it a tad rich when it was hot to keep it running cool. I am out of fuel after today so I am upping from 25 to 30 percent and going from 9 to 11 percent oil to to help keep it cool so I should be able to squeez even more power out of this mill. I found a killer motor online last night so I am waiting to see if I win it today. Should be crazy from what I hear wish me luck guys

I did have to richen it an hour yesterday

makes more sense since you added this.

colder air = leaner mixture which should have made the mill temps rise (without richening of course).

sweet alex, sounds like you got some good run time in rockout

That all depends if fuel consumption is a issue, if it's not then I can make that mill a beast.

Robin I don't really care about the fuel. They only race 15 min and I have a 250 tank don't think it should be an issue. And yes AJ that is what bank has he turned me on to it. A little google searching later and I found one but it is in Germany so the shipping is pricey but if I get it for my max bid even after shipping it to robin it would cost only a little more than a picco. Wish me luck guys

Well I lost the motor outbid with 5 seconds left and that wasn't enough time to rebid guy walked away with it for 100.02.
