I am trying to reset my picco 28 back to factory settings. I got he HSN to flush with the collar but according to the manual the LSN is 10 1/2 to 11/2 turns from close out? I only got as far as 5 or 6 turns and it got real tight? I am afraid to go further in fear of breaking it. Should the LSN be flushed as well?

this is what the paperwork that came with #51232 says :

Barrel Needle (low speed) factory setting is " Turn needle till it stops, do not overtighten. Now turn out counter clockwise 10.5 to 11.5 turns."

never had to set the needle back to factory so idk if its flush or not, sorry.

any picco 28 owners here?

i think there might be 1 or 2 ...

put it flush and test it out. its just lsn, if you have a good tune on your hsn you can tune your lsn by throttle response.

Just make sure the carb is fully open before you try and bottom out the lsn or it could cause damage.
