Picco .28 coming soon ... Need help

Well my XL rebuild is almost done . Got my w2's in the mail which means I'll be ordering my Picco .28 just put the 5.9 on craigslist
I'll be ordering fom AB mods race modified and bench broke
So far I have a
nova Rc cooling head
Dynamite clutch shoes
Mugen seiki springs
Hpi HD engine mount
What I need to know is :
What roto-start will work " Not guesses " but from somebody who is doing it or done it .
Also can a cooling head be powdercoated or will it discolor ?
I'll either be anodizing the head or powdercoating it
Also any helpful tuning tips
Plugs
Or any tips at all would be greatly appreciated

I was just emailed that powdercoating a cooling head is no good . The Powdercoat will act as a insulator keeping heat in .
