Hey guys, first post here! Got my truck out that I haven't ran since 2004 (savage 21) a couple of weeks ago. Had fun and can't belive I have not ran my truck in so long. Two guys I work with have a tmaxx 2.5 and the other a savy with a force .32. When I saw the savy run with a bigger motor I got to studying and reading. Went back and forth on motors, upgrading to the new xl 5.9, etc. Really didn't know which way to go. Wife ordered me a new XL from tower for Christmas so I thought I was set.....then the other night we were all running our trucks and the smack began.. and went on and on thru the next day. My brake disc was gone so I went to lhs and while buying the brake decided to get an OS 30vg. Put it in yesterday ran three tanks thru it painfully then put it away till today. Filled it up ran around for a few minutes in the parking lot giving a little more throttle now and then. Went into 2nd gear a few times and the truck lunged forward and was just about bringing the front wheels off the ground. Their laughing and joking suddenly had gone away. A few more minutes went by and I just had to full throttle it some. Couldn't wait any longer..sluggishly started going (still way rich for break-in) full throttle and second gear change and BAM front wheels come up and it pulls the most awesome looking power wheelie for about 20 feet you have ever seen. I turned around to get a reaction and they both turned their heads. PRICELESS!!!! I will say so far this engine has surprised me and I am pleased I went with it. Sorry for the long post but I thought someone else should enjoy what I did today. Only one problem now is that I have an XL on the way and don't even want to get it out of the box. I want to say thanks to every one here, I have learned too much to list and I appreciate it!

yep its a good mill! cool story and welcome! Talk to Nick Sunkenmetal in the shoutbox. He has found a good pipe for that mill that makes it come alive even more. Thats if you are running the XL's pipe on it .... Hes on most of the day ....
