orion 26 help

hello all, this is my fist post and need some help. i did do a search and could not find what iwas looking for.

i have a orion .26 engine with a silver head i think its a alfa but not sure. heres a pic of it i need to no what the stock carb. setting are and is this a good engine?

I think it says 3.5 HSN and 10.5-11.5 on the LSN hope this helps!! PEACE!
